YOUTH LEADERSHIP
GALILEI YOUTH LEADERSHIP PROGRAM 2021
Talking about leadership to young people means talking about transversal skills, which the school system should promote. For this reason, a school connected to society must include training programs on modern topics aimed at personal development, the strengthening of individual and collective identity, the development of critical thinking and which allow learning to be transformed into effective behavior in situations characterized by strong interconnections and rapid changes.
This was the objective of the Galilei Youth Leadership Program in English offered to students as part of the E-state project with Galilei and which gave participants the opportunity to experiment with role simulations, group dynamics, decision-making processes and of negotiation, develop action plans, and at the same time to know oneself better and enhance one's abilities and potential.
