VOTING PROCEDURES FOR COLLEGIATE BODIES 2020


ELECTIONS FOR PARENTS MEMBER IN THE CLASS COUNCIL MONDAY 26 OCTOBER 2020

Considering the peculiarity of this school year, the elections will take place in the following ways:

  • Thursday 22 October 2020 at 17.00 the class coordinator will convene the Class Assembly of the parents via Team for the identification of candidates
  • Parents will print and fill in the voting forms , which have already been sent via the Web Notice Board . The ballots will be placed in a sealed envelope and delivered to your child who will take them to school on Monday 26 October 2020, the date of the elections called
  • Parents will deliver to their child, in a different sealed envelope from the previous one, photocopies of their identity documents for the purpose of recognizing who exercises the vote. This envelope will be brought to school at the same time as the sealed envelope containing the ballot papers. The teacher in the chair will verify that the documents delivered correspond to those of the pupil's parents and will certify that the vote has been taken
  • The student will insert the envelope with the parents' ballot papers directly into the ballot box, to guarantee the secrecy of the vote.

The elections for the renewal of the student component will take place in the classroom, again on Monday 26 October, with an assembly coordinated by the professor in the chair and according to the procedures set out in the circular of 15 October 2020.
